It's hard to believe that this wildly popular and critically acclaimed actor and producer was once best known as Marky Mark, part of the early 90s Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch. The Bostonian's early dabbling as a musician and a Calvin Klein model may be nearly forgotten due largely in part to his excellent acting ability. Since starring alongside Leonardo DiCaprio in The Basketball Diaries, Mark Wahlberg has been in Boogie Nights, Three Kings, The Perfect Storm, The Italian Job, Four Brothers, I Heart Huckabees, Invincible, Shooter and The Departed. Wahlberg is also a producer on HBO's Entourage, which is reported to be loosely based on his own rise to fame. Wahlberg dated actress Jordana Brewster but has two children, Ella Rae and Michael, with fiance Rhea Durham. Wahlberg stars alongside Joaquin Phoenix and Robert Duvall in We Own the Night which was released in October.
